
Molly joined me after having her first baby with the goal of weight loss and to feel fitter and stronger. Since working together Molly has lost 9.5kg and over 30cm from around her body, she really does look a complete different person now! Molly has found a love for strength training and loves to see the numbers going up each week and pushing on for new PBs.
Caroline really was the definition of "life changing results". When she first joined the gym she avoided the weights area and stuck to the treadmill where she would walk for 30 minutes. Our first session she said "you'll never get me running" and a year later she was out running 7km and genuinely loved it.
More important than this her whole mindset towards exercise and food changed which meant 3 stone of weight loss and this lead to getting her diabetes under control and even coming off of insulin.
When Lisa joined me she was struggling with breathlessness in day to day life, made worse by a heart condition. She really struggled walking up the stairs and having the physical strength to do day to day jobs. She's really seen a difference in her walking, especially up hills and stairs and its been proven at her recent cardiology review where her heart function has increased to 47%. She is also now confident going to the gym alone to keep her fitness up outside of sessions with me.
Wayne was keen to give hyrox a try but really didn't believe he could do it. After some convincing and a few sessions he started running. He began to really enjoy it and built his fitness up to levels he never imagined possible. He completed his first hyrox with a great time and a new level of confidence to push beyond his limits time and time again.
Michelle joined me after hitting a plateau in her weight loss journey, her target was to loose one more stone. After listening to my advice she realised that she was under fuelling and over training. I helped Michelle understand calories/macros and we began weight training and in no time at all she was consistently loosing 1-2lb per week again. She is now at her target and is really loving strength training and enjoying seeing the weights go up.
