Hi everyone, we are excited about the work going into our new gym which will be opening on Monday 21st October. This will involve a brand new class structure, workout of the day studio, seperate weights and cardio rooms. Wodify performance will be our tracking software to help you reach your fitness goals! We have 4 open days which will be on Saturday 28th/Sunday 29th September 11.00 am - 2.00 pm & Saturday 12th/Sunday 13th October 11.00 am - 2.00 pm.
