New class - core session
Introducing our new core class

Your new class will include a combination of abdominal and back exercises focusing on great form and technique.

Whats the point?
Strong core muscles will help improve your posture. If your core is weak, you're more likely to slouch over, since it's harder to keep yourself upright. That good posture is better for your spine, prevents and alleviates lower back pain, and allows you to breathe easier. The next session will be on thursday morning at 9.15am but check out the schedule in your Wodify app for other time slots through the week.

If you are not a member, on a limited class or gym membership you can book this is an additional drop in session.
