    I have been a personal trainer for three years in and around Thaxted/Essex but have always had such a passion for keeping fit strong and healthy. I know what it takes to have true discipline and determination and love to teach people the importance of this.

    I have been a personal trainer for three years in and around Thaxted/Essex but have always had such a passion for keeping fit strong and healthy. I know what it takes to have true discipline and determination and love to teach people the importance of this.

    I have recently enjoyed competing in hyrox’s and half marathons and love to train clients towards this goal as well as triathlons and marathons.  

    I have qualifications in:

    -Level 2 gym instructing

    -Level 3 personal trainer

    -Circuit Training

    -Exercise referral specialist 

    I believe in continuously learning and providing the best service possible.

    Every single person has individual needs but the one thing that we all need is accountability. I believe in holding you accountable whilst finding out what those individual needs are in order to unlock your full potential.
    Fitness isn’t just a 6 week programme, it’s a lifestyle. I want to help you gain Knowledge, build confidence and stay committed. My goal is for you to have the knowledge to be in the gym with or without me, whilst creating a programme that you enjoy and therefore will stick to.
    Fitness isn’t just looking good, it’s About feeling stronger and living a healthier lifestyle to lead to longevity.

    I offer 1-2-1 Personal Training in Thaxted in forms of blocks or monthly payments where you get the following included:

    - Nutritional guidance and breakdown

    -Additional tailor made training programmes

    -Weekly progress checks 

    -Access to community group chat

    -Unlimited support 

    - 4,8 or 12 sessions per month

    -Online Personal Training is also now

    I absolutely love clients training in pairs (family, a partner or a friend) as it provides so many benefits. I have a very good offer for this.


    I also hold a range of classes including Circuit training, Legs bums and tums and strength and HIIT.
