With structured one to one sessions we can help you to achieve your goals which may include weight loss or muscle gain, tone and definition, injury recovery and preparation for sporting competitions.

Sessions can be scheduled throughout the week at a time that suits you. At your first session we’ll complete a health and fitness assessment to benchmark where you are and how we’re going to proceed with your fitness. This also gives you an important marker to measure your progress against.

I’ll take you a little outside of your comfort zone in order to get those desired results.

Pairs – 1 hour session – £36

1st personal training appointment – £40

Pairs – 1 hour session – £30

NEW VOUCHERS – Spend £250 and we will credit you with £275 that can be spent across all 30 minute or 1 hour personal training services. This replaces our ‘block of ten’ sessions and will allow you to train with any instructor at a time convenient to you.
