PERSONAL TRAINING AT MICHAEL BEARDS FITNESS
With structured one to one sessions we can help you to achieve your goals which may include weight loss or muscle gain, tone and definition, injury recovery and preparation for sporting competitions.
Sessions can be scheduled throughout the week at a time that suits you. At your first session we’ll complete a health and fitness assessment to benchmark where you are and how we’re going to proceed with your fitness. This also gives you an important marker to measure your progress against.
I’ll take you a little outside of your comfort zone in order to get those desired results.
Individual – 30 minute session
