Our gym memberships allow you to come in and train at a time that suits you.

There will be 3 studios available to train in.
Ground floor – The workout of the day (WOD) studio.
First floor – Two separate studios, one for cardio and one for weights.

All sessions will be available to book online via our new app. Capacity will be restricted to give you a more private and premium experience. No more waiting in line for equipment.

Opening hours 6.00 am – 10.00 pm 7 days per week.

You can follow the structured ‘WOD’ or you can do your own workout in the first-floor studios.

The WOD studio has a max capacity of 2 people at a time with power racks, water rowers and everything else you need. Complete the workout and update your results on your mobile device or on the studio kiosk. Your results will then appear on the daily leader board. Specific WOD classes are included in your gym membership which is effectively a small group personal training session focused on technique.

The first floor studios have a range of high quality equipment including a power rack and extensive free weights. We also have cardio machines such as a treadmill and exercise bikes. There’s too much to list, please feel free to pop in and have a look around.
