If you’re planning to compete in an event such as Tough Mudder, Rock Solid or the Commando Challenge then we could help you to prepare!

We regularly run training sessions for teams on Woodbury Common. Your instructor will meet you at a specified location and guide you round your route adding in challenges along the way.

We recommend that these sessions run for around 90 to 120 minutes. Every group is unique so we can tailor your package.
