Our HIIT classes are fast paced plyometric sessions designed to work you close to your maximum heart rate. We use a combination of bodyweight exercises and light weights.  Not only will you burn fat during your workout, you will continue to burn fat throughout the rest of the day. The session begins with a 400m row then 40 reps of 5 other exercises finishing on 100m row and 10 reps. Put your time into Wodify to compare against future sessions.



Our bootcamp classes offer a challenging workout in the great outdoors. On Mondays and Wednesdays we split into two groups depending on availability. Saturday mornings is one joint group for a team based session. We use a range of equipment such as kettlebells, slam balls and tractor tyres. We’re always training, even if it’s raining!



IWT is an intense type of interval work using a combination heavier weights and free aerobic exercise. This workout has a major impact on developing explosive power endurance and can also be great for burning body fat. This type of work utilises a greater percentage of the body’s muscle mass, both slow and fast twitch fibres. Our sessions consist of 10 exercises, each a minute long with a 30 second break. The idea is to hit the amount of reps required on each exercise. Complete 2 rounds of this and put your results into our performance app.



Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Each round consists of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take a short time to complete a Tabata circuit, but your body is pushed to its absolute limit.
